I think if we keep it to one of the choices each time it'll be more linear, though there is an appeal to trying the "true" choose your own adventure format. I think it might clutter up the tribe entries a bit too much, but I could probably do it in livejournal. "If you choose A, follow this link. If you choose B, follow this link." with each link leading to another journal entry.

My current plan is to go with a linear storyline, if there's enough interest. People would vote for the next step in the story, and the result that has the most votes within a certain time frame, say, a week...would be the winner! It would be the American Idol version of "Let's Torture Naomi!" :-) I'd post here, and in my blog...and anywhere else that might want to play this kind of game, in order to get the most votes. (So far, you've been the only one to respond.) There are lots of options even just for the beginning, because Naomi comes in different "flavors", each identifiable not only by her behavior, but by the color and material of her nightgown, and the nightmare comes in different shapes and sizes as well (some of them are more campy villains than others :-). I have webpages for both, so those who are more into visuals would have something to go on.

As for the other option, the serial story, I'm working on an intro, and should have something up this weekend sometime, if time permits. Of course, if someone else wanted to start us off, that'd be great, too.
